I also purchased your vehicle protection plans and paid for everything I agreed to. However, the most disappointing part was the condition of the interior when the car was delivered. It was dirty and clearly had not been deep cleaned. I didn’t buy a Pontiac—I bought a $50,000 Mercedes, and the inside smells like cigarette smoke. The previous owner had clearly smoked in the car. I understand that can happen with a used vehicle, but you should at least have thoroughly cleaned the interior, including the windows, before delivering it. The exterior was also extremely dirty when it arrived on the transport truck. I can understand some dirt on the outside after shipping, and I know the driver transports multiple vehicles and cannot wash every one. I have videos I can share if you would like to see the condition. But the interior? Come on, guys. You are letting customers down over something that a $100 or $200 deep cleaning could have addressed. You lose customers over small, avoidable details like this. Buying a car is an emotional experience. It is about the impression you leave and the memory a customer takes home.
