Wonderful experience from finish to start! Aaron is very knowledgeable on all things VW! He helped me make a decision on the car I wanted and went over all of my lease options. Every price that was quoted in ads and emails was honored to the penny. Aaron spent two hours with us so we could test drive several models since we were planning to lease 2 vehicles. Although it was pouring rain he NEVER rushed us and every question was answered, We ended up with a 2 year lease on a Passat and a 3 year lease on a Jetta. Before leaving the dealership every feature of each car was clearly explained to us and both our salesman and the manager followed up with us during this past week. If we needed a third car we would head there today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this HONEST dealership! More

I was considering leasing and was not sure about length. They volunteered and went over the total cost with different down payments and lease length so I could decide which option was best. I had exterior and interior color preferences and they found a car out of state that fit my desires. Gary had a laid back approach and he asked me about other models or trims that were similar, never pushing me to considered something I did not want to buy. I had to bring the car back a few days later to have detailing work finished and Gary took time to show me how to use a feature I had not determined how to use. More

I value his opinion on options and he provides reasonable explanations. Negotiating was not contentious and I was satisfied and could definitely say I got a fair and GOOD deal. David made closing easy. He provided me the available options without any unnecessary pressure. Everything was above board and HONEST. Both Aaron and David are a value to the Dealership. And you would think that I got the vehicle for nothing but I am sincere in my evaluation and they deserve it. Both Mike and Sasha are also a pleasure to deal with for service. More
Best car buying experience I've ever had! I went with my boyfriend last week to pick up his new (2015) VW PASSAT TDI. He was getting a great deal on an amazing car. He had a 2013 that was part I went with my boyfriend last week to pick up his new (2015) VW PASSAT TDI. He was getting a great deal on an amazing car. He had a 2013 that was part of the buyback and had been anxious to get back into a TDI. while there, I started looking at some of the other newly released for sale, 2015 TDI options available. I fell in love with a GOLF SPORTWAGEN TDI. I was given a very fair deal and walked through the entire process. The lease options are impressive on these TDIs. I hadn't considered that as an option but Josh explained the whole leasing process better than I previously understood. I ended up with a two year lease that was right in my price range. The dealership is a fun atmosphere and all of the salespeople and staff are friendly and helpful, even if you aren't their customer!! We spent a lot of time at this dealership in the past month with our two car purchases and I couldn't be happier with both the experience and my NEW CAR!! Thanks Josh, David, and all the staff!! More

I was a TDI driver that had my car bought back in January. I wasn't sure what VW I wanted next, but I was sure I wanted one. Then when VW announced they were selling remanning 2015 TDI's, I couldn't give them my money fast enough. After the car went through service and passed VW's inspection, I received a prompt sales appointment, test drove a perfectly detailed car, had quick sit downs with Aaron and Dave to sign all the paperwork, and took my new car home. If you're going to buy a Volkswagen (which you should because they're awesome) the only place to buy one is Dave Walter. More

Best buying experience in 25 years of owning cars. Typically, you walk into a dealership and dread someone attacking you at the door begging you to buy a car. Nothing could be further from the truth he Typically, you walk into a dealership and dread someone attacking you at the door begging you to buy a car. Nothing could be further from the truth here. We initially were set up to meet with Josh Deluco, and expected the first person we met (not Josh) to blow us off because we were not dealing with them. Instead, they pointed us straight to him, and asked if there was anything they could do while we waited, that they would be happy to help. The dealership is immaculate, bright, and nicely decorated. We met 3 or 4 other sales personnel while waiting for Josh and each and every one were more than happy to talk to us and answer any questions we had. Never once did we get the feeling that they were competing against each other. So we get to Josh after a very short wait, and instead of trying to push us one way or the other, he LISTENS and tries to figure out what will work for us best, not just car wise, but financially as well. We honestly had him run at least 15 different scenarios on a "new" TDI Passat and he was upfront, honest, and in my opinion, had our best interest in mind. He taught us all about residuals in a lease as well as the benefits and downfalls of a purchase. In the end a ZERO pressure deal was made, and our new Passat was ours. We thought we would just take the keys and leave, but no.... it had to go to detail, to which I said "ok, wash it up or whatever". While we waited, he gave us a service loaner to go in town and shop around. Most of this I thought was to just buy time for the busy staff, but when we returned, I was truly blown away. I frequently go to the Cleveland auto shows and I'm here to tell you, my new car looked better than ANY car there. The attention to detail was astounding, and the black on black car that had been sitting for two years waiting on the EPA to approve it for sale, looked better than it possibly could have the day it rolled off the assembly line. Bottom line is, today, they earned a customer for life. No pressure, no gimmicks, no BS. We can't say enough about Josh, and we are actually probably purchasing a second car from him within the next week. Check around at other dealers if you need to, but if you end up here, I doubt you'll leave unhappy. More

Since the dealership is in Ohio and we are in Wisconsin we had to rely on our salesperson J My husband and I bought a car here after seeing it online. Since the dealership is in Ohio and we are in Wisconsin we had to rely on our salesperson Justin to give us all the details over the phone and through pictures. Based on what he told us we went ahead and bought the car, then had it shipped to us. Well the car arrived yesterday and it is even better than expected!! If I could I would buy all my cars from Dave Walter Volkswagen and insist Tom be my sales man! More
