Salesperson was great, knowledgeable and helped me find a car. The paperwork part was horrible. I should have been given temporary tags for my car while my tags were getting switched over. Great service department. I learned the hard way, always take your vehicle to the dealer for service. On a previous vehicle, I took it elsewhere for oil changes etc. I the I learned the hard way, always take your vehicle to the dealer for service. On a previous vehicle, I took it elsewhere for oil changes etc. I then took it to the dealer for routine maintenance. They found a leaking seal just out of warranty 101,000 miles. Had I taken it to the dealer for those oil changes they would have replaced it under warranty saving me $$$$$. The teenagers at the oil change place down the street didn’t see it or mention it. I now always take it to Russ Darrow for all service. More

Horrible experience buying my vehicle. The salesman and financial manager tried to fraudulently add $5000 to my loan, lied about being able to remove the Xzilon and Advance 5 Protection Bu The salesman and financial manager tried to fraudulently add $5000 to my loan, lied about being able to remove the Xzilon and Advance 5 Protection Bundle, and the salesman manager lied to us about having the vehicle inspected by an Audi dealership after I drove off of the lot and had “Turn Engine Off”, “Low Coolant”, and “Low Tire Pressure Lights” come on. I had to find an O’Rileys at 9:00 PM in Milwaukee add antifreeze because it was dangerously below the minimum line. Then I discovered Russ Darrow changed two of the tires but did not put on the same size when they purchased the car. When Russ Darrow “inspected” it, they told me the antifreeze was in the normal range and I should buy two new tires. I would NEVER recommend this company. NEVER. More
We walked into the dealership on Saturday and found the car we wanted. Jalen Moore, the general manager, was professional but direct while trying to work out a deal, even though it didn’t come together tha car we wanted. A few days later, the dealership called us back to see if we were still interested, so we scheduled a 6:00 PM appointment for Tuesday after a full day of work. Our salesperson, Robyn, was incredible. She was patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. Unfortunately, everything went downhill the moment Justin Pues, the general sales manager, entered the conversation. He didn’t bother to introduce himself and immediately came off as rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. His tone was condescending and aggressive. He actually told us we had “nagged him enough,” that he was “losing money,” and that we had “taken plenty of his time.” It was shocking to be spoken to that way by someone in management. He made it clear he didn’t care about customer service, only about rushing home because it was 40 minutes past closing. We were told we had to “make a deal now” or lose the offer, even though we showed up on time for an appointment they scheduled. The pressure, disrespect, and attitude were completely unacceptable. It’s truly disappointing that one person’s behavior could ruin what started as a great experience. Robyn was fantastic, but Justin’s unprofessionalism and rudeness made it impossible for us to feel comfortable doing business here. More
