Brought my 2023 Mazda CX5 in for warranty repair. Problem was solved quickly and professionally for no charge. It would have been even nicer if they washed the car. I have never been charged a surcharge when paying via credit card at other Mazda dealerships. I think charging a surcharge when the cost of repairs are already high speaks to how much your location value credit card at other Mazda dealerships. I think charging a surcharge when the cost of repairs are already high speaks to how much your location values their customers and I most likely will go back out to Brookfield for services. More
