Excellent customer service is provided at Russ Darrow Mazda! I’m very happy with my car and the how I’m treated every time I go to the dealership. Keep in mind this is my first time having a service done at this location. I usually go to the greenfield location. But this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in customer service. I was completely i at this location. I usually go to the greenfield location. But this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in customer service. I was completely inconvenienced and treated like I was invisible and not important enough. Two weeks prior I came in and scheduled three services. Oil change, seatbelt inspection and sunroof inspection. I come in the day of the appointment and was told that I couldn’t wait on the car because it needed to be in the shop for a while (whatever that meant). I was told there were no loaners available. That’s understandable but my issue was why wasn’t that brought up when I made the appointment so that I could have reserved a loaner . Long story short I was given a courtesy uber home. I did not plan on being stuck in my house all day. I ended up getting a ride from my dad to run the errands that I needed to do that day. While I’m out and about I received a text from uber saying my driver was near by. Basically a ride was sent back to my house before I was even told that my car was ready. So I called cancelled the uber and had my dad bring me back to his house so that I can get picked up and brought back to my vehicle. I once again had to postpone my own plans to come back and get my car. I come back to get my car and was escorted to the cashier. I asked her if my car was being pulled around she said no. So I had to walk outside and look for my own car. I get in the car and the old sticker from my previous oil change was still in the windshield. So I had to go back in and ask about that and was told that you guys don’t do that anymore. At this point I’ve made up my mind that I won’t ever return to this location. I have gone to the greenfield location for the most minor service and been treated a thousand times better. I live 26 mins away from your dealership so all that back and forth could’ve been avoided. I could’ve really just waited for the service to be done because all of this happened in a two hour span. More

If I could give Landon a higher rating I would! My experience buying my new CX5 a few weeks ago was hands down the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I had two transactions in A My experience buying my new CX5 a few weeks ago was hands down the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I had two transactions in April. I purchased the current lease I had on a 2023 CX5 which I was giving to my daughter and then I needed a car to replace that I was looking at a Volkswagen a Buick and a Mazda. Landon started. building the relationship with me 2 years ago while I was waiting for service on my car. Just chatting he did a quick transfer of his contact card to my phone and I always looked for him when I went to the dealership. When I went to buy a car last May for my husband, we had a terrible experience at your dealership and we walked out (Landon wasn’t there. )and went straight over to Summers Buick and bought a new car there. I told Landon and Gwen about my experience and the fact that I was looking to buy a new car after this lease was up and they bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. For the first time in my life I felt great leaving a car dealership after buying a car. That says a lot because I’m 63 years old and I’ve purchased or at least quite a few cars in those years Landon Gwen and Robin were a fantastic team and it’s that team visual that clients like to see because you don’t feel like a number and you don’t feel like justanother sale. I spent more hours in your dealership over the last two months than I can count, and they always greeted me with a smile always answered my questions and never made me feel like a bother. I even brought them cookies when we came to pick up my car which I can assure you giving a gift of food has never been on my list for the person who is selling me a car. Great job to that team Landon, Gwen and Robin. Russ Darrow Mazda is very lucky to have you guys and because of them I guess I am a lifelong Mazda owner and Russ Darrow client.
