She helped me set everything up but after the cost I realized it was too much. I spoke to my son and we determined what I could afford. So I went back in and told her what I wanted done and what Not to realized it was too much. I spoke to my son and we determined what I could afford. So I went back in and told her what I wanted done and what Not to do. She seemed aggravated with me and I felt uncomfortable. I understand that I changed things, but I had to do it for myself. I’m a widow and on a fixed income. I know what I will have to do with my car, but I’m not sure if I will do it at Russ Darrow any longer. I’ve always been treated with respect and dignity there, but I did not feel like it on this day. I paid my bill and was going to talk to her but she was on the phone also when I tried to go back and ask her a question at one point she was on the phone and ignored me. I don’t usually do reviews, but I hope she realizes how to treat people. Thank you. More
Worst experience ever! Will not ever go back, nor would I ever recommend to anybody! Didn't work with Ins at all! Were told to take to Collision dept for what was needed, b Will not ever go back, nor would I ever recommend to anybody! Didn't work with Ins at all! Were told to take to Collision dept for what was needed, but Tiffany refused, said she wasn't losing out on the $$. But then complained that ins wouldn't pay what they were charging.Since they didn't take to collision center as they were told to, they couldn't get the parts that ins approved, or the costs approved. Had my car over 5 weeks for job that should have taken 2-3 days. Put parts on without pictures or notifying ins, then complained that ins wouldn't supply supplement without proof. Car sat for over a week when Tiffany refused to do anything because the ins wouldn't pay what she was asking. I however didn't know this until after the fact, or I would have paid to have it towed away from there. I have spoken to other body shops, and repair centers thru out the process that kept telling me how Russ Darrow was handling things was so wrong, and why they won't work with them anymore. It was so bad that ins adjuster said he will not work with them anymore. Even though GM George Matthew's lied to me & told me he told adjuster he won't work with them anymore.That was just 1 of the many lies he Tiffany & John told me thruout this whole nightmare process! Tiffany called me daily to complain about the ins adjuster, when I should have not been contacted at all, should have all been handled between shop & ins. All they did was lie to cover their butt's! Then the GM George Meadows had the nerve to say they didn't make any $$ on the job! He even went so far as to threaten the adjuster that he would have him blackballed if he went over his head with this claim to Jeff Meadows the Fixed Ooerations Manager. Had they sent to collision center in the 1st place like they were told, this could have all been avoided! The GM even lied & tried to say the collision center couldn't have fixed it! Lied, lied, lied for 5 weeks!!! And I was left without a vehicle that while time, missed work, physical therapy appointments, and had to scramble to make arrangements to carpool when I could. Then, to top it all off, they didn't even put parts back in place properly, I had to take to another body shop to have it done properly, which I had to pay more out of pocket for! So, NO, I do NOT recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything!!!! More
I love the customer service that Russ Darrow Honda provides. I think it’s a great idea to continue to send customers the videos of what was done and any recommendations.
