Tried to buy a car from here. I had the mindset that if they had the car I wanted, plus the numbers made sense, I am walking out with the keys. Once I arrive to check out the car, for some reason it has a $7000 added markup. And then additional add ons that are not needed and/or dumb. Why am I being forced to pay about $200 dollars for a cargo tray in the trunk, that I dont even want. Why are wheel locks also an add on? Cars come with wheel locks, and if they dont, I am sure I could find some on my own that are cheaper. Either way I told them I would have entertained their xx add ons and $445 "service fee" if they take off the $7000 mark up. They refused. I walked out. I value my dignity over getting a car i want, not need. Luckily, I found the exact car I wanted that day, with no haggle pricing. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. More
Took my old reliable Civic in for a tune up on 12/10/22 came out with a better looking car. I have been a Honda owner (and lover) since 1995. I'm highly disappointed in Honda, Russ Darrrow and the service manager. December 21, 2021 I purchased genuine Honda parts for a brake/rotor replaceme I'm highly disappointed in Honda, Russ Darrrow and the service manager. December 21, 2021 I purchased genuine Honda parts for a brake/rotor replacement. The parts come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. I have NEVER had problems with my OEM parts, NEVER. This set of brakes and rotors failed due to rust in less than 8 months of daily use. Russ Darrow had mileage at install and mileage when I brought the 2017 Civic Si in for vibration and soft pedal feel. The advisor admitted that this shouldn't be but his hands are tied because Honda won't warranty rust...the rust is a defect. The car hasn't been sitting, as proven by the mileage, the parts are DEFECTIVE. Instead of the service department advocating for me, the customer, they wanted me to pay for another complete brake/rotor replacement in less than 9 months. Instead of Russ Darrow realizing the defective parts they took the easy route and declined without calling the Honda representative. I have contacted Honda, we will see what happens. I have filed a report with NHTSA in regards to the safety issue with the brakes that Russ Darrow and the service manager seem apathetic. I won't be back. I wont buy OEM parts if Honda fails to stand behind them. More
