My service rep, Jon, was wonderful. He communicated everything well and timely. He clearly explained the service that needed to be done and the price. When I checked out, I was somewhat surprised to see that there was a fee for credit card payments. I think this should be a cost of doing business for the dealer and should not be passes on to the consumer by way of a fee. More

Was quoted one price a tpms valve and I guy said he was going to call to get approval for any additional price or repair-he did not call.Came back at end of my work day and the price had gone up almost $7 going to call to get approval for any additional price or repair-he did not call.Came back at end of my work day and the price had gone up almost $70. Then it turns out it went up $40 more dollars for programming the sensor to the car. For a total of $183 for a fancy valve stem tpms sensor for my 275,000 mile heater car. THIS IS WHY NO ONE TRUSTS DEALERS !!! More
