Regal Service Department was very inconsiderate of my time they did not inform me ahead of time there's a 5 hour wait nor offer me a loaner car or shuttle ride. I was there 12:20pm - 5:45pm. Great Service! Staff is friendly. How ever I'm still not happy with my 2018 Acura MDX. The tramission has given me problems since I've had it going on 2 years now. Staff is friendly. How ever I'm still not happy with my 2018 Acura MDX. The tramission has given me problems since I've had it going on 2 years now. It upshifts and down shifts hard. I've had it flushed and serviced still does the same. I wish I would have known these had tramission problems beforehand. I like the car but owe too kuch money for the way it drives. I feel like I ate a xxxx sandwich in the end. More
