They didn't have a 6 speed and never even offered to order me one but never followed up. So on Tuesday back at work I called three dealerships. Brian not only gave me more features but a better price than all three. And he offered to order me one. We made a deal that weekend and Brian was keeping me up to date weekly, when it went into prod ect... Bottom line - he worked with me on the price - was friendly and personable (texting me with answers to questions ect) - was very informative and gave great advice But most of all he helped me clean up my CARFAX for my trade in and gave me a fair price. Who does that? He called carfax to adjust it!!! Really above and beyond. I feel that I will not only be bmw man from now on, I will also refer and use Brian from now on. More

Igal called me on Halloween and offered me a special lease deal on a loaner X1 2014 28i xdrive. It had the color that I wanted. The odometer had only about 3000 miles on it. I drove there right after work despite the atrocious traffic on the LIE. He patiently showed me the car and gave me a test drive. The car was in mint condition. It was not abused at all as you might expect from loaners. With 0 down and 0 security, I ended up paying under 400 a month. I built the same car on KBB and Edmunds and I subtracted $0.40/mile for the odometer reading. I still ended up paying less than $110 per $10k which is an awesome deal if you researched online. I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics or games. The transaction was professional. I picked up my car in 2 days after signing the initial agreement. More

We had difficulty choosing between an X3 and X5 and Gabriel patiently walked us through multiple options for each as it related to our lifestyle and was very competitive with pricing. In the end we went with an x5, which we love. Aja Dewling deftly handled our finance application and transferring the registration and insurance. We needed to return our leased vehicle to another dealer which made coordinating the purchase of our new BMW difficult and Gabriel went above and beyond by picking us up at the other dealer and having everything ready at Rallye and efficiently moved us into our new x5 and arranged for a product specialist to review all the features of the car and program our phones and options. Gabriel's clear dedication to excellent customer service did not end with delivery; He checked in to see how we liked the car and then spent over an hour on the phone with us subsequently answering questions and helping to guide us through programming additional features. Even after hours, Gabriel has been responsive to our follow-up questions. This definitely ranked as the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had and I highly recommend Gabriel, Aja and the rest of the team at Rallye. More
