Needs improvement on customer service and warranty repairs I was told defective front brake rotors (grinding front brakes) not covered in the warranty at 15,000 miles (2025 x1). I have 530 model. I am not happy with response time from the service department. I left 3 messages, earliest is 48 hours old. Not response so far.
