It’s disappointing that Rallye BMW can find the time to publicly respond to a negative review, yet my multiple emails went unanswered. Even more frustrating is that when I spoke with you directly over the phone, I was told there was nothing you could do. So what exactly does “making things right” mean? Mistakes happen. What distinguishes a reputable dealership is how it responds when those mistakes occur. Ignoring emails, dismissing concerns, and then publicly offering to “make things right” after a negative review is not the level of customer service I expect from a BMW dealership. I wasn’t asking for a favor, special treatment, or a handout. I was simply expecting Rallye BMW to demonstrate the professionalism and accountability that should come standard with the brand.
