Although the service center was top tier as soon as i showed up for my appointment. As i was walking through the show room and waiting room it felt very airy. There was a lack of customer service. I cannot thank Bert Vargas and Rallye BMW enough for helping me get my new convertible. I was in the hospital for over a month and they accommodated me and made it all happen so my dream car was waiting helping me get my new convertible.
