Bret is usually good service advisor. However this time the claim he submitted to warranty company was not appropriate. Rallye did the service but unable to setup the service date.. they However this time the claim he submitted to warranty company was not appropriate. Rallye did the service but unable to setup the service date.. they could have setup dashboard date via Computer. .i think they charge tax on diagnostic charges. I am upset this time. Rallye BMW is my favorite. I don’t know what to say they charge me too much but nothing date was not setup. I asked Bret ask advisor to change the parking lamp. Bret asked $265 labor charge for changing parking lamp. I changed my self parking lamp in 1 min and 30 seconds. This is totally upset me this time. More

The worst BMW dealer in the tri state area. Had my $150,000 i7 repaired for $10,000 of damage. Car took over a month to repair. When complete they stated at checkout that payment would only be via a bank check. This, despite a giant sign saying they accept American Express cards in their lobby. When I pointed that out they said "only up to $2,500"--despite it not saying that anywhere and despite them taking a $15,000 deposit for the same car on my American Express. I offered up a number of solutions--none of which they would accept. Finally, I had to spend 90 mins sending a wire to their back office and for their finance people to "find it" to get my car. Oh, and the car wasn't washed nor was it charged. A Ford would be a better car. A bunch of crooks. AVOID AT ALL COST. More
