I had such a wonderful and smooth experience with Rallye BMW on Jericho turnpike in Westbury! Darren Thomsen is the best client advisor hands down !! He helped me a lot when buying my first brand new 2018 bmw as well as Hasan Barakat such a great manager! As soon as I went through the doors I was greeted professionally by the young gentlemen at the front desk. There was Darren who greeted me as well and approached me to help me with the dream car I was looking for!! Darren explained every car to me and as well as the prices and new features on every bmw model. He was very honest and well experienced with every car in inventory. I was treated like royalty the whole time and the process was very quick and smooth when buying the car ! I purchased on Saturday and went to pick up my brand new car by Wednesday! The day I picked up the car Darren was such a gentleman he treated me with so much respect and even bought me lunch!!! I just wanted to thank you so much for such wonderful royalty treatment !!
