I have to bring my car in multiple times for the same issue. In my first visit, I scheduled a loaner car just for me to get there with no car waiting for me. Instead I had to go to enterprise. When I was issue. In my first visit, I scheduled a loaner car just for me to get there with no car waiting for me. Instead I had to go to enterprise. When I was informed my car was ready to be picked up, I was able to see the ambient light situation was not fixed just by looking at. I also had to call 3 times to get a yes or no answer to ask whether my car was fixed or not, just to not be called back and it not being fixed. In my most recent visit, I brought my car in and was told the problem was fixed, just for me to go in see it wasn't within a minute of them pulling it up. All it took was a light tap on the car to figure out the issue was not fixed. It takes me at least 2 visits to get anything fixed. I also said something about a squeaking from the engine only on a cold start and they called me a couple hours later telling me the car was ready, where they had no chance for a cold start. It feels like there is no communication and no reasonable investigation that the car was ever fixed before calling me to pick it up.
