Cannon is my Service Advisor as he has been for many years. He is great and Always treats me with respect. Today was no different. Took my Rav4 to them because my mechanic couldn't find the problem. The service advisor identified it immediately. When i learned the repair cost i compared it with my mechanic, the difference was so cl the problem. The service advisor identified it immediately.
