Austin sent me the Toyota Roadside Assistance phone number and asked me to have them tow it to his dealership where he.would make sure it was thoroughly inspected. They were able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed in no time. I really appreciated the constant follow up from Austin. Once again he delivered and so did Pat Lobb Toyota! More

My wife and I were graciously greeted when we arrived and offered a complimentary ride home while my Sequoia. Their service department is top notch! Bought a brand-new 2025 Toyota Camry from Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney and had alignment problems. Even after multiple visits, a control arm replacement, and “adjustments,” the car still sits at borderline sp of McKinney and had alignment problems.
