I was looking for a specific color that was not available. I already was about to go into Contract with a different color vehicle at another dealership through my Credit Union. I did not need to have a different outcome. He was professional and did let me know when it would be in stock, etc. However, I was not interested in waiting nor using the service when I already spent time with someone else that was delivering the other vehicle that day. After visiting several Toyota dealerships in the area, we finally arrived at Toyota McKinney. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the bustling energy of the place. At the front desk, we requested a Spanish-speaking sales agent for my dad and were introduced to Johnny. Johnny was no-nonsense and straight to the point—something we really appreciated. He quickly showed us options that fit our needs and was incredibly easy to work with. At no point did he pressure my dad into making a purchase; instead, he took his time with us, making us feel like his top priority. In the end, Johnny found the perfect truck my dad had been dreaming of. To top it off, he even bought us lunch. Remarkable experience all around. More
