Austin Reed at Pat Lobb Toyota took great care of me again! I called him when my wife’s Sequoia check engine light came on with multiple errors and wouldn’t start. Austin sent me the Toyota Roadside Ass again! I called him when my wife’s Sequoia check engine light came on with multiple errors and wouldn’t start. Austin sent me the Toyota Roadside Assistance phone number and asked me to have them tow it to his dealership where he.would make sure it was thoroughly inspected. They were able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed in no time. I really appreciated the constant follow up from Austin. Once again he delivered and so did Pat Lobb Toyota! More
