I did alignment there for 2009 Nissan Sentra. 1st I was upset, since the alignment on the Rear was not done, but then realized that it can"t be done on that car due to its engineering design. The assigned mechanic did his best on the front end, it was a lot of work, since the car was fixed after heavy hit. He came out twice to address my concerns and questions. There were some minor issues, like released Schrader Valve, reset torque on those valves to the wrong value, one sliding wheel weight due to balancing. The balancing itself was done very well as well as alignment (@ giving circumstances and the fact that they gave me a colored printed copy). Taking into account how much I've learned during that service and easiness to fix small issues (I'm a DIY mechanic) I decided to rank that service very positively. More
On May 24th, I had my oil changed and it took 2hours and 15 minutes. I was told, 1 hour and 45 minutes later that the compressor was down. I believe it took too long. It was terrible communication. I really like the way Sergio helped to explain what I needed for my 80,000 miles multi-inspection. I feel like he was helpful and didn't pressure me into getting work done that was not needed, unlike the needed for my 80,000 miles multi-inspection. John Pena is too busy to offer quality customer service. You have to wait to talk to him. Then, once you can finally get helped, he has to answer other people's calls. And he rushes you through the check in process and acts inconvenienced if you have questions. For example, he tried to get me to sign a blank authorization to perform services without explaining the price for the repairs, including what was parts and what was labor. He doesn't call you to tell you that your car is done and he doesn't call you back if you call to check on the status of your vehicle. Then, once your vehicle is done, he is no where to be found. He doesn't explain how to check out or whether all of the work is complete. In fact, I asked why my multipoint inspection wasn't done and he argued with me rather than trying to resolve the matter. Likewise, the cashiers cannot be bothered to offer any customer service. They do not greet you nor do they offer to remedy any of your complaints. I was stranded once because no one explained to me that the shuttle stops running at 4pm. When I complained, I was told I should have read the random small print on the sign-up clip board. This dealership does not care about its customers. It hires people who are offended when asked to do their jobs and there is no system in place to remedy the matter. I will never return. More

I am happy that Justin was promoted into his current role, but I miss him as my service advisor. I come to the dealership not because I want to because it is close to my house. Before I would want to come because I enjoyed the customer service I received. More
