My sales person was fantastic! However, once I was handed over to the logistics team of paperwork, etc. the lack of customer service and attention to detail was noticeable. I have reached out several times and left voicemails and emails and have never received a response back from the appropriate department. I feel as though I am always chasing answers and having to track things down one month after the sale. This is my third Bmw and the experience is not up to par with the other Bmw dealerships I have dealt with. Unless there is a specific car that they have in inventory I would shop another BMW dealership instead. More

Great service, I live a couple hours away and negotiated over the phone and internet. I would only be willing to buy the car given it be delivered and they were ok with that. I put more than half the value over the phone and internet. I would only be willing to buy the car given it be delivered and they were ok with that. I put more than half the value up front and had pre approved financing so was fairly easy. ONE THING- I purchased the bmw ultimate care plus but BMW only shows this as upgraded service package so not sure how to proceed. Either way this is not a deal breaker. The vehicle is great, service was great, all done from the comfort of my home. They were willing to match a great offer I found from a closer dealer, so whats to complain about. The only glitch I had was when I was about to take possession of the car and they only had one key. When they stated that they only had one set and I could order another set for a couple of hundred do possession of the car and they only had one key. When they stated that they only had one set and I could order another set for a couple of hundred dollars extra, I almost lost it and was close to killing the deal. I had just paid over $60,000.. cash for a car and I wasn't about to pay an extra $300. for a second key! Fortunately Mr. Dooley saw to it that the key was to be ordered gratis, and they day was saved! More
