I'd buy cars from BMW again and again like I have been and I'd use Alex G as my sales person because he listened he understands and he does not sell us stuff we dont ask for. My sales person was fantastic! However, once I was handed over to the logistics team of paperwork, etc. the lack of customer service and attention to detail was noticeable. I have reached out several times and left voicemails and emails and have never received a response back from the appropriate department. I feel as though I am always chasing answers and having to track things down one month after the sale. This is my third Bmw and the experience is not up to par with the other Bmw dealerships I have dealt with. Unless there is a specific car that they have in inventory I would shop another BMW dealership instead. More
