My Son bought a car and totaled it all in the same day! We were in shock but having these two guys to call on helped us through this whole situation.. My advice to you all that read this… when your sitting there thinking weather or not you want to get the warranties, just do it for the peace of mind! My sales person was fantastic! However, once I was handed over to the logistics team of paperwork, etc. the lack of customer service and attention to detail was noticeable. I have reached out several times and left voicemails and emails and have never received a response back from the appropriate department. I feel as though I am always chasing answers and having to track things down one month after the sale. This is my third Bmw and the experience is not up to par with the other Bmw dealerships I have dealt with. Unless there is a specific car that they have in inventory I would shop another BMW dealership instead. More
