Both John Krzanowski and Ron Dodd were professional,
responsive, and respectful.
They answered all questions and had a zero pressure sales approach. Over the years I have bought 5 different new cars from different dealerships. Serra Lexus provided the best service/approach by far. They also provided a very fair offer on my trade in.
