It would help if the service guy assisting you that provides you with there card to contact them actually answers there phone listed on the card. I scheduled a service appointment for my 2020 F250 with the Commercial Truck Center for 9-15-26. I dropped off the truck the afternoon of 9-14-26. I informed Chris, the service writer, that I rented a car the Commercial Truck Center for 9-15-26. I dropped off the truck the afternoon of 9-14-26. I informed Chris, the service writer, that I rented a car for one week and would appreciate notification when the truck was finished. He assured me the team would act quickly. Yesterday afternoon I discovered the service department had done nothing with my truck, The service department failed to even look at the truck. I spent roughly $400 on a rental car and accomplished nothing. I look forward to telling all who ask, what a terrible experience I had with your dealership More
