I came at 9 and was not done until after noon for an oil change. Only one tech and he was doing two cars at the same time and he didn’t reset the service required message. I did not work with any of Lithia's salespeople. It was a father/son duo that were "event" contractors. WOULD NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. Did not give us the correct information on the car or the finan It was a father/son duo that were "event" contractors. WOULD NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. Did not give us the correct information on the car or the financing. It wasn't until financing that we met with Ricardo that it turned around. Ricardo took our concerns about the mis-information, the wrong financing details, and the wrong interest rates, that it got straightened out. The one regret that we have is that we did not inspect the car before we took possession. The car has scratches in the hood area that we will have to pay to get buffed out. Did not get the car serviced before we left either....should have waited the extra hour, but we had been there since they opened and we were all tired and very done with it. Was told that if I gave a bad review the person who helped us would get the review, NOT the "event" people. I think that if we had actually gotten a Lithia person, it could have been different. Love the car. Glad we got it, just not a great interaction with the EVENT PEOPLE! Did not have interaction with anyone else except Ricardo and Theo and they were great. More
