Having purchased vehciles from Huyndai to Porsche, the purchase process over the years has been lenghty and unfortunately irritating at times. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and we bo purchase process over the years has been lenghty and unfortunately irritating at times. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and we bounced around the ideas of purchasing a luxury sedan. Ultimately we chose Lexus and decided to work with the folks at North Miami Lexus. Mind you, I've had my current vehicle for about 8 years now and it was time to move on. After some online transactions I ultimately spoke and worked with Andrew Verneuil. We had short conversations via phone etc. and I was expecting the long process of credit check, package deals etc. I was unremarkably shocked when the process took LESS THAN AN HOUR. He knew what I wanted, the price I wanted, the APR and terms and maybe 25 or so minutes later I put the deposit down with a gentleman by the name of Todd in finance and I was done. Andrew and Todd DID NOT pressure me with car sales jargon and kept it concise and to the point. Now mind you, this was at the end of the year, so maybe it was easier to purchase a vehicle, nevertheless these two were outstanding. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or as if I did not belong at Lexus North Miami. My Lexus arrives in a few weeks and I'll be driving out the lot a sincere and happy customer. Yeah, I'll be recommending various friends and family to North Miami Lexus especially with Andrew, who again was HONEST and straight to the point. Thank you Andrew! More

I bought a new ($5k) lexus hybrid battery, but the Service Manager was unable to clearly tell me, nor provide in writing how long the warranty was. First he said 1x year, and then when pushed told me Service Manager was unable to clearly tell me, nor provide in writing how long the warranty was. First he said 1x year, and then when pushed told me 3x year, but unable to provide documentation. So disappointing. When I escalated to the manager, Ed Rubenfeld he was even less helpful, and said he couldn't give me any documentation. He just showed me a manual, and said he couldn't provide it to me, but made a copy of a page where it says my hybrid battery has a 3x warranty. So ghetto. I expect Lexus to provide PROPER warranty documentation, not a photocopy from some manual they can't provide to customers. I now have to call HQ and go in circles to find the proper documentation, because we all know very well, if it's not in writing, the warranty claims is b***s*** More
