At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The staff are excellent, the facility is great, and the only thing bothering me is the quality of the car itself that deserves only one star. I have been driving an ES most of my life and own at least two always at one time, but this Make is not what I would consider Lexus quality. More like a Hyundai. I have decided to write a report to Lexus about the inconvenience quality related problems that have been arising in this nearly brand new car. Very sad. More

I went in on a Saturday after booking the appointment same day. I was having an issue with my hood not opening. I waited a total of 2.5 hours, which is quick considering it needed a diagnosis and slight same day. I was having an issue with my hood not opening.
