Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Stopped at this dealership for the scheduled oil change on my NX300 fsport after the trip from NY. Received next morning appointment, spoke with extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable service advisor B on my NX300 fsport after the trip from NY. Received next morning appointment, spoke with extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable service advisor Benny, who asked me all the right questions about my vehicle ( being that all previous services were made in NY) . Waited for less than an hour which is excellent for the busy Tuesday morning. Received my car back washed with the armor all shined tires. Great overall experience!
