Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I paid $3500 for my car repair to end up back in the shop. My car broke down in middle of i95. My family and I are lucky to be alive. I could not move my car out of incoming traffic. Of course I call Lexus and for them to tell me it something else. I don’t understand if I paid for a multi point inspection shouldn’t my entire car be inspected. Needless to say I’m currently trading my car in at Cadillac. According to Lexus there nothing they can do until it happens again. I’m not risking my life or my family life with this car.
