At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Service advisor had no business card and told me his phone number was on the invoice. The number on the invoice was the dealership, not his contact number. They left my cabin air filter on the seat because the glove box was locked, rather than calling me in the customer waiting area to give them the key to unlock. I felt this was very unprofessional. Then when I finally reached the service advisor after I got home, he said I could install it myself, which I could not. Now, I have to make a separate trip back to the service department to take care of something that easily could have been done while I was there. I was disappointed to say the least! More

It was a pleasure to deal with Frank Vidal, a great salesman who actually listened to my desire to negotiate a deal on a new car in a one step process.
