At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I contacted Lexus of North Miami through their website about a certain car. Within a short period of time Yairon Napoles reached out via text. We negotiated the entire deal using text and email. The service valet person barely spoke English, I couldn’t understand her instructions and she couldn’t understand my questions. Ron was ok. Not particularly friendly, nor rude just there. Same as my last service, my car came back still wet from the spray down , not wash, because the back of car still had black dirt on it. I do like the easy navigation to schedule the maintenance, and the cafeteria/wait area is comfortable. I would also like to compliment the cashier, she was the friendliest person working that day.
