Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I had to wait almost three hours for my vehicle and once I was told the vehicle was ready I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my car which I only got within the 15 minutes due to me inquiring on t I was told the vehicle was ready I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my car which I only got within the 15 minutes due to me inquiring on the additional wait. I was told after waiting 15 minutes that my car was heading to be washed which I refused. Very very bad experience. I'm not sure sure if having a new advisor contributed to this change but it was bad. More
