Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I had to wait almost three hours for my vehicle and once I was told the vehicle was ready I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my car which I only got within the 15 minutes due to me inquiring on t I was told the vehicle was ready I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my car which I only got within the 15 minutes due to me inquiring on the additional wait. I was told after waiting 15 minutes that my car was heading to be washed which I refused. Very very bad experience. I'm not sure sure if having a new advisor contributed to this change but it was bad. More

Great service the only problem was waiting to be seen by insurance representative. Only one person was working as the other was on lunch. There was no system in place to decide who would be seen next and th insurance representative. Only one person was working as the other was on lunch.
