Zach is the man! 5/5 stars! Honest, professional, and makes sure to take care of his customers. When I’m in the car market I would be happy to do business with him a 5/5 stars! Honest, professional, and makes sure to take care of his customers. When I’m in the car market I would be happy to do business with him again. Only reason I gave Koons Ford of Annapolis 4/5 stars is because the Sales manager, Trevor, made the final sale difficult after going back on his word (on day one, after negotiating, he verbally stated he couldn’t come down on the price any further because he already had to put money into replacing the front windshield, which I had noticed was scratched and wanted replaced. Then on the following day he denied he ever said he was going to cover the cost of replacing the front windshield, and also was not willing to come down at all on the final price. Part of that was my fault for not getting that verbal deal in writing. That almost blew the whole deal, but at the end of the day it was still an overall good price for the vehicle, and more importantly, my wife wanted it. I’m happy with our vehicle and experience with Zach! More
