Thank you for taking the time to provide your honest feedback. I apologize you were left feeling anything short of completely satisfied with every aspect of your experiences with us. We share your feedback with the entire team and use it internally in coaching and counselling sessions helping us improve the level of service we provide for our guests. The feedback you gave us is disturbing and definitely raises question to the impression you were left with as a result of your recent visit. The last thing we want is for a customer to feel hostage to a decision or fail in properly explaining our recommendations with transparency and value.
