Glad they identified the water pump issue but for an issue that should have taken 2 days, took 6. I didn't want to drive the rental to our campground over the weekend so that made our plans more diffic issue that should have taken 2 days, took 6. I didn't want to drive the rental to our campground over the weekend so that made our plans more difficult. Also asked them to vacuum out on Tuesday prior to pick up and they did not. Gavin was very nice and I enjoyed working with him. Just expected more overall out of the complete service experience. More

I absolutely love the convenience of your oil change mobile service! I am a loyal Klaben customer but it's quite the drive for me to the Kent location. The mobile service let's me continue my work sched mobile service! I am a loyal Klaben customer but it's quite the drive for me to the Kent location.
