When it rains it pours. My wife was hit in April. After looking at all the repair shops I noticed that Klaben Ford had the only Certified Techs. They took her Odyssey in and My wife was hit in April. All of my questions were answered fully and the work was done in a timely fashion as promised. Then my son was rear ended in June.. I did not hesitate to send his car to Klaben again.
