Mona is great however I won’t be using Klabens service dept again. They now charge a 3% fee for using a CC. So in essence, they are saying you must pay cash for any and all services. Because whether it is cash money or debit they are saying you must have the cash for any service you perform. Fast food doesn’t charge a 3% fee but Klaben does? Also, they stated I. Red new lug nuts because mine were “swollen”. How much for that? $150.00. I bought them for $40. Almost four times more. Dealerships are always more but that is absolutely ridiculous. I bought my truck there and they are the o my ones who have ever touched it but that will be the last time. That 3% CC fee is completely ridiculous. More

Had a sudden check engine light on my 2019 Nautilus Kim Wolfram Service Advisor got me a fast appointment and her team diagnosed an emission system problem and ordered parts.
