Originally told me the issue would likely be a day or two at most. After 2 days of no information about the status, I called for an update and was told there was a national part shortage and that the replace at most. They scheduled me promptly and reviewed my issue I was having with my air conditioner. Although they no it wasn’t charged and put die in it and recharged.
