I brought my vehicle to Ganley for some warranty repairs. Hurried or poor workmanship led to several additional issues which took repeated visits to full resolve. I'm glad to have everything resolved, but the multiple unexpected return trips to the dealership were inconvenient. Through all of this, Brianna was professional and maintained clear and frequent communication about the status of my repairs. While I'm displeased with the quality of service, Brianna and the folks in the service office went above and beyond to make it right. More
