I have recalls they don't tell me about. I have spent over 10 thousand on repairs on a 2017 ford expedition. They try to charge me for everything instead of trying to help seeing that I'm co I have spent over 10 thousand on repairs on a 2017 ford expedition. They try to charge me for everything instead of trying to help seeing that I'm coming back for same repairs. I told them that I start coming to them instead of Vanderve Chevrolet because I having to keep repairing my vehicle. I went and got a 17 page printout list of all the repairs and asked them to contact ford to let them know what I have been dealing with. They lied and told me I have to do it myself. I asked them to get part numbers so that I can send it to ford told me to get it from vanderve. I'm not a mechanic I don't know what parts is being fixed to get part number. I need help every year my blow motor and blow motor control and whatever other parts are related to blow motor goes out so I don't have no heat from the front of my vehicle. Can someone contact that will help me figure this stuff out. I have waited a year for parts. I need HELP figuring this out it much more but I will be typing forever. I have no issues with the service performed, although the cost was misrepresented to me. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked what the 10000 mile maintenance cost on the Mach-E. I was told tha cost was misrepresented to me. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked what the 10000 mile maintenance cost on the Mach-E. I was told that it would be 19.99, the cost of a wheel rotation. I made the appointment, showed up, and was immediately told that it would be 49.99. Based on this, I probably won't be returning for service at this dealership. More
Had my car in for 2 recalls. Was told it would take 6 hours. It took a little over 2 hours.
