On the day I chose the have our Equinox serviced I was not able to be one of the first in line - I did not get there until after 9:00am. Zack Rhine let me know the wait would be long and offered to get m not able to be one of the first in line - I did not get there until after 9:00am. Zack Rhine let me know the wait would be long and offered to get me a ride home and bring me back when it was ready. One of the "chase" drivers, Leonard Shelton, was my driver both ways. What Zack did let me get the Equinox serviced and freed me up to do other things at home. Thanks Zack. Stanley Smith More

I just went for an oil change but thought the dealership was going to be a better choice than a quick lube place. I was treated the same as if I went to a lesser priced lube shop.
