The sales person was nice and was not her fault to keep me waiting about 3 hours to bring the car from the storage area to the dealership location so I can see it and sign the paper work, the deal was done me waiting about 3 hours to bring the car from the storage area to the dealership location so I can see it and sign the paper work, the deal was done and closed two days before and they had 2 days to prepare the car for the customer and mean while nothing was done for two days my appointment was 11 am to sign and drive the car and go but that was not the case in my situation.
