I was pleasantly surprised at the organization that the service department had. Some cars were recalls and, I guess, others were for a repair. It took 6-1/2 hours to perform a NYState inspection on my car with not one phone call from the service department to say why it was taking so long. When I called at 3 pm the car still was not done with no ex car with not one phone call from the service department to say why it was taking so long. The next day I got a text from Antwone and when I called her to tell her I wasn’t happy with the service she told me I could have taken my car anywhere for an inspection. For 4 years I have been taking my car to Honda of Valley Stream but if they don’t want my business I will go elsewhere More
