I am writing this review on behalf of my mom. A new owner of a Buick Encore from Heritage Buick. This whole team was amazing. And I will be sure to include everyone that worked with her, as I was A new owner of a Buick Encore from Heritage Buick. This whole team was amazing. First up our salesperson. MARK TAYLOR. From the minute we walked in Mr. Mark greeted us with a smile and personality. I was wearing a Morgan State ball cap and we immediately started talking about our HBCU experiences. That was a plus from the start. Next his knowledge and love for getting my mom into the car she wanted was top tier. He works to offer as much knowledge as he can. And is not satisfied until you are. Mr. Mark had us laughing from the test drive all the way until my mom drove off the lot in her new car. When you go this dealership ask for Mark or his nickname “FLIP” you are going to love the experience I guarantee it. Mr. Mark even throws money on you after the deal is closed. The next person I would like to mention is CALVIN WOODY. THE Manager. My fellow Morganite. We are the BEARS ! Mr. Calvin worked hard to get every deal possible for my mom. He also did everything in his power to make sure she was satisfied with her car choice. He was even able to get her to try a different color car from what she usually gets. He was personable and you can tell his heart is into the deals he tries to get for a prospective car owner. He stayed longer than he planned just to make sure everything went well. He and Flip combined was already the dynamic duo. The teamwork was impeccable. There is a third person worth mentioning. Which makes it a triple threat. So last but not least. Our Finance Manager. JALEN REITTER. Do not work with anyone else but Jalen. He’s knowledgeable, and can answer any and every question thrown at him. He’s not looking to just give you anything. His goal is to give you what he knows will benefit you. He maintained a certain level of decorum and conversation while doing so. He also had personality and a few life lessons for me through the whole experience. All in all this team is amazing and when I come looking to buy a car this I’ll be coming here. If you are thinking about visiting them, just do it. You will not regret it. We became family with some awesome people yesterday. Great job guys ! More

A little over a year ago, my husband and I “built” our Chevy Bolt on Chevrolet’s website. VIN #1G1FW6S06P4103301 was assigned. On September 12, 2022, we went to Heritage Chevrolet to order a car. We ag Chevy Bolt on Chevrolet’s website. VIN #1G1FW6S06P4103301 was assigned. On September 12, 2022, we went to Heritage Chevrolet to order a car. We agreed on a price. Heritage called us within a day or two to say that they ordered our car for the factory. Afterward, for an entire year, we kept getting “no change” updates from Heritage. Finally, on September 5, 2023, nearly a year later, we were called by Heritage with the message that our car was in. We went to pick it up. When we arrived, we saw that the car was not the color we had ordered. Also, it was a different model of Bolt. And it didn’t have the packages we ordered. In fact, the car had a completely different VIN number. Heritage was all set to sell us this inferior car for the price we agreed to the year before. We refused. Heritage had a Bolt on the showroom floor in the correct color. But the manager explained that he couldn’t sell the showroom car for our price. He said that he wasn’t making any money on the showroom car as it was. He couldn’t afford to go lower. Then, the manager offered us another car if we could wait another month, but we didn’t discuss the price. We left. Had to think. When we got home, on a whim, I checked the VIN for the car we ordered last year. That car – the one we ordered a year ago - had been sold to someone else back in October, 2022 – one month after we ordered it. We had been waiting all year for a car that had been sold to someone else. The car we ordered was driving around in Rochester, NY. When Heritage called the next day, we told them that we would NOT buy a car from Heritage. They returned our security deposit two weeks later without interest. I believe Heritage dealt dishonestly with us. They strung us along for a whole year and tried to switch us up for a lesser car. I don’t want any of my friends to deal with Heritage Chevrolet. My recommendation is to steer clear of this dealership. More
