Everything was back and the fourth the whole time.the process wasn't great was by far the worse car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought over 20 cars. Roy was the nicest person there didnt seem to lie. The deal was fair but wish the back and fourth didnt happen and wish I wasn't lied to about the ford blue warranty More

We have previously purchased four vehicles from the Heiser Group, so we came in expecting a trustworthy experience. We called ahead to confirm the vehicle was available before making the drive and were Heiser Group, so we came in expecting a trustworthy experience. We called ahead to confirm the vehicle was available before making the drive and were told it was available. When we arrived and were test driving the vehicle, we were suddenly told it was no longer available and they took a deposit on it. To make matters worse, no manager came out to explain or address the situation. We were simply left standing there, confused and upset, and essentially shown the door. The only option that was explained to us by the salesman and again not the manager was an another vehicle that wasn’t on the lot, more money, and a lower trim. After years of loyalty and multiple purchases, this level of poor communication and lack of accountability was extremely disappointing. This experience completely changed our view of this dealership, and we would think twice before doing business here again. More
