Did not like that I could not order what I wanted. Had to wait for one close to what I wanted to be allocated to the dealership. Got most of what I wanted except for color. Looks like not dealers fault but the way Toyota chooses to do business. Offers build your car app.on internet but then you can not order it? More

We wanted a RAV4 Limited with quite a few options. It two momths to get the car but we were very satisfied with the work and followup that Jake did to keep us apprised of the order process.
