We called before arriving to make sure we could see the car. After driving two hours from Sunapee NH we were told we had to prove financial intent and actually sign paperwork to then be taken 10 minutes away to see the car. We have never experienced a business practice such as this, and quite frankly were considering walking out right then and there. Had the car not been on our must have list, we would have walked. I went in for a simple oil change, inspection and multi point inspection on a fairly new 2022 vehicle (4100 miles). I’ll just say the service was far from flawless. However, I have to commend the service point inspection on a fairly new 2022 vehicle (4100 miles). I’ll just say the service was far from flawless. However, I have to commend the service dept for commiting to taking the car back a 2nd day and doing what I thought was the right thing to do even though, in my opinion, I believe they struggled to think they did anything wrong.
