Alan was once again courteous, prompt and knowledgeable when I asked him questions . He fit my vehicle in at the last minute for an oil change and did the “Multi point inspection” at N/C. Our experience at Handy this past weekend was unexpectedly pleasant. Our experience here a few years ago wasn’t great but we decided to give it another shot as they had tundras on their lot.
