We physically remove the wheels/tires and move them to different positions on the vehicle (front-to-rear and/or cross-rotation depending on the tire type and drivetrain), then torque the lug nuts to spec and reset any service indicators as needed. I’m also sorry about the inconvenience with the glass arriving broken and then the clips/grips being removed—that’s not the experience we want for you.
