Just like in 2020, my experience with Sonya West was perfect from initial contact to delivery and beyond. Sonya was very fair, very efficient, and her product knowledge equals or exceeds many BMW Geniuses. Most importantly, and what really sold me, was the lack of "xx" that other dealers frequently employ. I have so much confidence in Sonya and Galleria that I have continued to refer many other BMW purchasers, and all of them also graded Sonya and Galleria with an A+! I again dealt remotely with Sonya and the Galleria team, and I took delivery at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina. While I was never physically present at the dealership, I still feel like I am part of the family as Sonya, Cody, Leslie, and the rest of the team treated me like a VIP.
