this is the first unacceptable experience I have had at Cobb Co Toyota. Appointments aren't made for normal maintenance. I went for a battery replacement and they told me 1 hr wait but it turned out to 3 hours . That’s all for a battery replacement. I waisted all my time there . I do not appreciate that I get my car back and need to adjust things. My steering wheel had been changed, also the seat ( was raised so high I couldn’t get in the car), mirrors and my passenger seat was r adjust things.
